Let me describe a moment you know well.
A patient is in your chair. They want their smile changed. You can see exactly what they need.
And somewhere in the back of your mind, a quiet voice says, not this one.
So you find a reason. You keep the case simple. You send it down the road, or you take it on, and then you don't sleep properly until you know the result has held.
