Cancellations - Live Events (In Person or Online)
Since these are such intensive and limited number courses, no full refunds will be given unless another participant can take your place. Our courses sell out really quickly and we have a waitlist of people wanting to join, we will try our best to find a replacement participant for you.
As long as we/you can fill your place we can do one of three things.
- Move you to another course in the future
- Credit your account, so you can purchase again when you are ready
- Refund you the cost of the course, as per details below.
We can accept refund requests if done within the time frame advertised. To request a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests must be written and the email must match the order email address.
We can accept order cancellations if the request has been received prior to you accessing the content. All order cancellations will attract a 20% cancellation fee. All order cancellations must be written and the email must match the order email address. To request a refund, please send an email to email@example.com
No Cancellation or refunds accepted on digital lectures, recordings or live broadcasts if you have accessed the content.
Refunds – Live in Person Events
In the event that a replacement participant can take your place, a refund to your credit card will be conducted by us via the website payment gateway within 5 working days.
Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
If any course does not fill to capacity we reserve the right to cancel the course at no notice. We will try to give you as much notice as possible but will not be held responsible for any travel and or accommodation costs if this happens. You will receive a full course refund if we have to cancel any courses.
Image, Video and Audio media Release
By attending any Institute of Digital Dentistry event, I give permission for Institute of Digital Dentistry to take and use images, video and audio of me for promotional purposes, not limited to but including all media, brochures, posters, website and social media sites and other media both online and in print.
